Parish Holiday Club 2003
The Half Term meeting of the Parish Holiday Club will be held in the Scout Hut at Pipers End, Letty Green. The cost remains at £2.00 per child per day. All children ages 4 years to 13 years are welcome. Please supply your child/ren with a Packed Lunch (sugar free drinks are provided). Soft shoes for indoor games would be appreciated, along with well used outdoor wear. Please do not allow your child to bring sweets specially chewing gum. Hand held electronic games and mobile 'phones are not permitted. Jewellery and watches are worn at parent/child's own risk and responsibility. Children under the age of 4 years are not allowed to stay nor are parents who do not have Child Protection Cover as notified to both the Parish and the Dioceses. If someone other than yourself is to collect your child/ren I will want to be informed PRIOR to the end of session or I will not permit them to leave. Further dates for this year's club meetings will be given in a letter at the Half Term meeting. I once again look forward to meeting the children and perhaps have some new faces to greet. Please ring to book your child in for as always we are restricted to a maximum of 45 children each day.
