Hertingfordbury Parish News: December 2003

Holiday Club 1993-2003

As you know, the Holiday Club came to an end in August of this year. I thought you might be interested in a few statistics:

3909 children aged 4-16 attended.
We went on 9 day trips to zoos, safari parks and theme park taking 392 children.
We helped raise money to send a Hertford Scout to the World Jamboree.
We supported a couple of out of Parish Families.
And
At the closing of the Club we were able to give £105.00 to the Parish Young Church (Sunday School) and £100.00 was sent to The Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children.

Thank you Church, Parents, and Children for 10 wonderful years, also for the many gifts, cards and good wishes to me on the last day.
