Hertingfordbury Parish News: May 2003

St. Joseph's in the Park Hertingfordbury

Shared Facilities with Hertingfordbury Thank you to everyone who has contacted the School with regard to our offer to run courses in the holidays. We were so pleased that there is sufficient interest to organise these and at the beginning of next term, we will issue a 'menu' for you to consider for the summer holidays. It is likely that we will be offering:

* Summer Club for children *

* Music Course for children *

* Water Colours for adults *

* Word Processing for adults *

* Conversational French for adults *

* Use of the swimming pool *

We are also considering an evening Keep Fit class and of course there is the St. Joseph's Singers on a Tuesday night.

Now that the snowdrops are over, we would just like to remind people the residents in the Park would prefer to retain their privacy and therefore the grounds are no longer open to the public.

P.S. Please put a date in your diary now for Tuesday 20 May "Kaleidoscope, Songs and Sonnets" at St. Mary's Church. 6.30pm drinks and canapés on the lawn, short concert at 7.00pm. All funds to the Church. Tickets available from the School at £5 each.

Jenny King, Headmistress
