"Open Mic"
St Mary's Church, Hertingfordbury Local resident, Diana Searle, will be trekking in the Sierra Nevada, Spain in October this year to raise funds for Volunteer Service Abroad. She will be joining other volunteers for a walk up Mulhacen (3,482m) and the group is hoping to be able to make a contribution to aid the work of VSO - sharing skills and developing understanding between communities. This is your chance to help VSO! Diana extends an invitation to an evening of poetry, music and more. For a small donation, you can perform that piece you've always wanted to do -in public. There will also be items by professional artists. To book a spot on "Open Mic", just phone Mike or Diana on 01992 550180. It's that easy. Audience tickets are a shockingly low £5 and there will be refreshments provided. Tickets can be collected from 7 St Mary's Lane or at the door.
