Music at St. Mary's
We are looking forward to welcoming back to St. Mary's some of the singers and instrumentalists whose performances we have enjoyed over the last two years. The Mimram Singers braved the cold last winter when the church had only temporary heating, so we have promised them a more comfortable time when they visit us in April. In May the instrumental group Camerata are coming to us for the first time, though they are well known locally for the high standard of their music-making. In July we shall have a return visit from Serenata, the eight-voice singing group who gave the opening concert in this series two years ago. Later in the year we will also welcome back the string quartet 'Anything Goes' and the Heath Mount Singers. The dates for your diaries are
April 17th Mimram Singers
May 15th Camerata
July 10th Serenata
All the musicians give their services in aid of our church funds; please come and reward them with your support and enjoy an evening of music in a lovely setting.
