What a splendid GOLDEN JUBILEE CELEBRATION! Something for everyone! Congratulations and thank you to all concerned. The Village Fete also will have come and gone, but we trust it was a great success with the same Village spirit and fair weather. Next W.l. Meeting: Tuesday, 23rd July. Speaker: Tessa Verrecchia - "The life and work of a fused and stained-glass artist". Competition: a piece of coloured glass. Sales table and social time. Tuesday, 27th August - The Annual Mystery Coach Outing: leaving at 10arn and returning early evening. That's all the info. We enjoy several happy coach trips, arranged by Parn Galloway. In May, the Guildhall and Kensington Palace; June, to "Riverdance"; also a Sunday boat trip to Windsor; August, its "Mamma Mia" and our Mystery Outing.
