Hertingfordbury Preservation Society

In an article in a national daily a little while ago, our Parish was pictured as one with leaf-dappled byways and empty lanes linking hamlets of pond and pub and tonsured village cricket ground. To curb noise and traffic pollution to the south-west of the Parish, the East Herts District Council has applied strict conditions to a Planning permission. A summary of these minutes is on the Village and Greens notice boards. We hope that the Council's conditions will be respected. A merry Christmas and a happy New Year to all.
