Hertingfordbury Parish Council Meeting

Held at Hertingfordbury Cowper Primary School. All meetings are open to the public unless the Chairman decides otherwise. Why not become a Parish Councillor? Local Elections are to take place in May of this year. Have you ever thought about standing for election as a Parish Councillor? If elected, you would serve for a four-year term. Two of our longest serving councillors have each notched up 16 years service, so there must be something to recommend it! This useful voluntary service involves Councillors in many varied and interesting local issues. Do give this some thought a few of the qualities needed: You should reside in the Parish or in close proximity Have a genuine interest in people and problems Endless time and patience A keen sense of humour (optional but useful) Please do call our Parish Clerk, Mrs L Faircloth for information.
