Hertingfordbury Cowper Primary School

At the beginning of the school year the whole school took part in the Jump Rope for the British Heart Foundation and raised £3,000 - a tremendous achievement.

Pupils raised £260.00 for the Blue Peter 'Get Together Appeal' for Mencap.

Small Schools District Net Ball Tournament open to all small schools in East Herts Area. The Hertingfordbury team won and was unbeaten and were also awarded the 'Fair Play' Trophy.

Best wishes also to Marissa Foley on her progress through auditions to the professional stage.

'Icing on the cake' for the school came with an outstanding OFSTED report 2002/3, gaining recognition as one of 415 outstanding schools across the COUNTRY, also, as one of few Church School in our Diocese to be placed so highly WELL DONE EVERYONE, it is a joy to be associated with you all.

Congratulations to all the pupils and staff at our school at Birch Green. What an excellent half year!
