Do You Enjoy Singing?
If you do, there is a local choir waiting to meet you. You could be one of 150 singers creating that wonderful big choir sound' in Hertford. Perhaps you only sing in church - or in the bath; may be you haven't sung in a choir since you left school - or maybe you sing in the church choir every week; all are welcome, especially tenors and basses! Hertford Choral Society performs four concerts each year, and covers a wide range of choral music by all the great composers. Next year there will also be an opportunity to sing Verdi's Requiem as part of a choir of 8-in the Royal Albert Hall, Rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings during school term time at The Sele School, Welwyn Road, Hertford, 7.30-9.45pm.
